my blog gets vistors googling for the weirdest things like, say, pan ling ling's haircut and check this out, RYAN LOCHTE'S PHONE NUMBER.

that person who eventually clicked on my link must be a total retard because if i have ryan lochte's number, i wouldnt post it up here for everyone else. of course i will keep him for myself. hello?

this morning i was at my bus stop waiting for the bus. i got impatient 5 mins into waiting because 1. the weather was hot and i was starting to perspire
2. i was going to be late
very much to my delight the bus came shortly after and i started to walk towards the bus. the rest of the people at the bus stop, being typical singaporeans, were quicker than me and had already formed a queue (actually i was being very kind to say it was a queue. the most accurate word would be 'mob').
this one woman in office attire, was however, not as quick as the rest. JUST WHEN i was about to join the queue up the bus, she quickened her steps and fell nicely into place to join the queue before me, determined as hell not to let me go before her. i swear she almost looked like she wanted to paste her face onto the back of the person before her. i was like, okay, AUNTIE, if that's what you want.
and this is where i get really annoyed:
a few more others quickly followed suit until i was left standing there trying to get a space for myself. i stopped trying to go up the bus before anyone and waited for everyone to get up before stomping up the bus myself. obviously i got annoyed as hell - i expected more kindness from my fellow singaporeans.
all the talk about asking singaporeans to be more gracious... face it, we all know it's not going to happen.

and i was trying to will away a headache that started yesterday's afternoon. it definitely got worse after that.
