very scary.
but actually the spirit is very important.
becos like during our last sprint, the spirit was there and i realised i din die out that badly.
oh well. pls remember MIND OVER BODY and ROW WITH YOUR HEART.
i will try not to think of the pain.
and i believe that the body and the mind are 2 separate issues.
arghhh. i must always always always remind myself to forget about the pain.

i wish to feel good after every training, and that every stroke that i've pulled are correct.

after training we went to suntec (again) for lunch.
we saw joshua and shaun! (you know. the i not stupid duo)
aiya at first it was very exciting.
like i always say, my eyes are very powerful. x) i saw them first so i was like

aiyo. i wanted to just give up can.
anyways, so i turned round to look for charmaine (who've said joshua is very good looking from dunno since when)
and then her reaction was very big. so i ran away after that.

anyways jas and i were having our desert when the both of them walked past. that joshua had on this super ZHUAI and irritating face so we were like

we pi pi pi all the way until they went out of sight.

after that jas became very moody. haha. couldn stop complaining about her butt pain. how sad.

and AFTER THAT huizi wanted to go shop for clothes for a while and then catch a movie.
